BEND Hot Yoga Studios is one of Northern Arizona’s premier hot yoga destinations.
It all began with the persona of an intimate yoga space, founded in Prescott Valley, Arizona. But within 4 short years, BEND opened a second location in nearby Prescott, Arizona, encapsulating a larger vision than most.
As BEND’s go-to online marketing source, we’ve created large-scale social media and email marketing campaigns that not only drive traffic to their site, but bring newcomers to the array of classes they offer at each location.

Upper body strength is one of the key things to a successful yoga practice, and arm balances are incredible for this! They help focus on the muscles that support your core and back, allowing you to have greater flexibility and ease over simple day-to-day tasks. (Arm balances also encourage stability and strong bones if you’re prone to falls.)

Whether it’s your first flight in an arm balance or you want to work toward a more solid handstand away from the wall, this workshop is for you! We’ll focus on the core muscles, breath, mindset, alignment, transitions, and advancements. We’ll also address common mistakes and explore how to safely approach the eight most fundamental arm balances, as well as headstand, forearm stand, and handstand.
Be sure to bring your mat, towel, water, yoga block, and an open mind and a smile. 💚
