It all began with the persona of an intimate yoga space, founded in Prescott Valley, Arizona. But within 4 short years, BEND opened a second location in nearby Prescott, Arizona, encapsulating a larger vision than most.

RESTORATIVE ANTIGRAVITY is back! You can now enjoy this class each Thursday at 11 am. 🕊

This energizing class enriches the hard work you do on your mat. Through deep stretching and the help of the ANTIGRAVITY hammock (which we lower to the ground for you), you’ll feel weightless yet supported, encouraged to activate and reach muscles you wouldn’t easily have access to on the mat (and with less stress on your joints).

It’s a yummy way to restore the body and includes spinal decompression exercises. These exercises stretch the spine and can work to relieve back pain.

Allergies can come with any new season, and as we settle into autumn, we look to our favorite natural remedies — essential oils! These amazing plant juices are full of fantastic benefits, encouraging our bodies to strengthen from within.

Lavender, lemon, peppermint, and copaiba are some of our go-to’s for relieving congestion from allergies. Lavender can alleviate inflammation, lemon and peppermint can open congested airways, and copaiba can reduce pain. We recommend diffusing or adding these oils to a roll-on bottle with a carrier oil for topical application!

October is almost here… Get ready to switch up your routine!

Beginning October 1, you can now add the following class times to your schedule:
• NEXT LEVEL Inferno Hot Pilates with Leah Webb on Mondays at 7 p.m.
• TRUEROOTS Yin with Pye Marshall on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
• INFERNO HOT Pilates with Julie Munro on Sundays at 4 p.m.
• TRUEROOTS Yin with Jamie Oden on Sundays at 6 p.m.

Looking for an added challenge? If you’re not familiar with NEXT LEVEL Inferno Hot Pilates, it’s a class that elevates the components of our original INFERNO HOT Pilates practice. It’s a heated one-hour class that is High Intensity, but overall, Low Impact. We push the limits through our pace, timed intervals, and persistence.

If you’re ready to craft a deeper awareness of your time on the mat and teach others the beauty and benefits of yoga, our upcoming 200RYT Yoga Alliance Teacher Training with Julie Munro (500RYT) and @rachelpetersyoga (500RYT) is for you!
