Since the very beginning, Meghan Farnsworth has always told compelling stories. From her upbringing in music to her vast experience in publishing and media throughout New York City, Los Angeles, and beyond, she has sought new and original ways of connecting with others through graphic design, photography, videography, writing, and more.
Meghan’s fiercest passion lives within development — that is, helping startups, businesses, and brands find their distinctive beats through cutting-edge branding, design, and digital strategy. As one of the original founders of the award-winning Ampersand LA, she took arts and culture journalism to a new level, through storytelling that encompassed the mediums of radio, video, coding, and text. At the branding and content agency, Jetset Studios, she worked alongside the very same creatives whose singular humor and imagination brought Universal Pictures’ beloved teddy bear, “Ted,” to life on social media (with 21 million organic followers and a Webby Award later).
With a Master’s Degree from the USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, her skills and experience especially exceed what sports enthusiasts call “a triple threat.” She is ready to take your business ideas on and ever onward, helping you stand out among your competitors and the noise of the worldwide web.

Jared Nanke is a born and bred designer, artist, and visionary. Like the ancestral creatives who came before him — architects, sculptors, and others, he develops new, inventive ways to interpret business and design. Jared’s background in fashion enhances this, as he shapes marketing campaigns from the ground up, overseeing branding, online and face to face.
Jared’s experience in marketing and business began in high school as a budding fashion designer. His skills and talent led him to the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), where he founded his vision for the NANKE brand, a design company encompassing architecture, home building, décor, and soon, fashion.
As the company’s Creative Director and Part-Owner, he has transformed NANKE into an internationally recognized brand, as well as significantly increased its profitability by tenfold, with national nods from Luxe Magazine. Not only that, he has heavily assisted in much of the design work — from marketing materials and websites to luxury homes, interiors, and furniture.
And this is why he’s a perfect fit for Debora. He takes simple business ideas and transforms them into an all-encompassing, tangible goal, well-stocked with the branding, design, and business planning that takes you from square one to success

Xinyi Huang was born with an innate ability to visually capture and communicate the world around her. Her visuals stand out, merging cutting-edge technologies with her insatiable creativity. 360-video, virtual reality, design, photography, videography, these are the key mediums to which she tells stories, from Kobe Bryant’s last basketball game to RYOT’s front lines.
Xinyi began her video production career at the prestigious Purdue University, a school known for its innovation in tech, math, and science. There, she studied Mass Communication and Media, participating in Purdue’s “Fast Track,” a weekly, half-hour, televised newscast. In front of the camera and behind the scenes, Xinyi found her true calling.
This passion brought her to USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where she earned a specialized Master’s Degree in video production and communication. At USC, she captured the story of sea ranchers off of the Southern Californian coast, as well as the journey of an experimental, backyard farming technique called “aquaponics,” among others.
And with her trailblazing expertise, Xinyi is the perfect example of what makes Debora special. We’re all about digital content that engages audiences in new and informative ways.
Olga Ferreira has always been surrounded by beautiful things. As a young girl, she browsed countless issues of Vogue Magazine and tried on her mother’s lipsticks. This fascination culminated into a passionate obsession, feeding her natural aptitude for quality design and the ability to visualize a client’s intended vision.
Olga’s love for design and visual communication covers all aspects — from fashion and beauty to graphic design and illustration. She began her design career in fashion with a degree from Parsons School of Design. From there, she ventured onward to Joseph Abboud and then began creating lipstick colors with her own line of lip creams, LIPSTOCK.
Ambitious and determined, Olga took her design craving to Shillington School of Graphic Design, where she further honed her craft.
Now as the ultimate creative force, Olga is ready to take your brand and business further, through remarkable design that’s spellbinding and stands out from the rest.
